Our Founder / Notre Fondateur

Fernando Cardenas aka International XB is a former professional basketball player turned health & wellness coach, he is a passionate Hip Hop ARTivist and dedicated Pan-Africanist. He is the creator and host of the VITAL HOOPS Podcast and is the co-founder of both 340 MS (Cuba) and the BESE SAKA Afro Vegan Fest (France)—initiatives rooted in afrocentric culture, and conscious living. Now based in France, he also contributes to youth development as a basketball coach while balancing his work with his role as a family man, continuing to build community and inspire holistic well-being through sports, music and activism. 

Fernando Cardenas, alias International XB, est un ancien basketteur professionnel devenu coach en santé et bien-être. Il est également ARTiviste Hip Hop et panafricaniste. Il est le créateur et l'animateur du podcast VITAL HOOPS et le cofondateur de 340 MS (Cuba) et du BESE SAKA Afro Vegan Fest (France), des initiatives ancrées dans la culture afrocentrique et un mode de vie conscient. Installé en France, il contribue au développement des jeunes en tant qu'entraîneur de basketball, tout en conciliant son travail et sa vie de famille. Il continue de s'investir dans la communauté et de promouvoir le bien-être holistique par le sport, la musique et l'activisme.
